Gay bi guys : Which one do u like the most ? If u had to go on a blind date
U have to chose between the bald, fat, old, wrinkled, very manly but kinda hot too and the anorexic-skinny,dyed blonde, barely 18,wearing too tight clothes and too much lipgloss, very effeminate but super hot
Which one will u pick ? And what will u do during the date ?
Personally ,Ill take the skinny *****,take him to the club, spike his drink and have sex with him:) |
| the skinny guy defo coz lads like tht are pretty damn hot!!! :D |
Is it acceptable to not date someone based on their HIV status? I'm a gay man - HIV negative. I went on a blind date with a HIV positive man who refused to sleep with me because he only enjoyed unsafe sex with guys he had no chance of passing the virus on to.
I felt dejected. Was I discriminated against? I suggested I wear a condom to ease his concern about infecting me but said I had no idea how he felt since I was HIV free.....what a martyr, I thought.... |
| It sounds as if this guy isn't right for you. If he doesn't like you enough to have protected sex with you..then you should be grateful and move on. Be glad you don't know how he feels. |
Gay Guys Hookup .....? Somebody in a previous question suggested I hook up with a random at a gay bar or bath house. My whole life I've had sex with 1 person, a guy I was dating in highschool.
However it is Valentine's and I am lonely, so I'm considering it. It's a scary idea but maybe it will help me get back into dating. (Or if it's a stupid idea please say so!) Honestly I'd prefer to date someone and take it slow but I have no idea how to do that.
1: Should I try Craig's List? Or is that where the low-lifes live?
2: STDs and condoms; how else to be safe?
3: I've never done A*** or B***jobs before, just handies. Do you think a stranger would go for that, or should I try something new?
4: Location? Like a hotel or car or something?
5: I'm 24 but I'd still need an excuse to tell my parents for me going out.
6: I read somewhere about Blind Dates in Toronto, should I maybe do that instead? |
| Try a bath house. At least if the person you meet is jerk you can say no and their are other people around to hear. But you have to go on a busy night - otherwise no one will be there. Toronto has quite a few bath houses. |
How important is physical attractiveness in first impressions of people or dating? Researchers matched 752 incoming students at the University of Minnesota for a blind date at a dance during orientation week. The students had previously taken a battery of personality and aptitude tests; however the researchers paired them up at random. On the night of the dance, the couples spent a few hours together dancing and chatting. They then evaluated their date and indicated whether they would like to date that person again. Of the many possible characteristics that could have determined whether they liked each other --- intelligence, independence, sensitivity, or sincerity --- the overriding determining factor was physical attractiveness! What's more, there was no great difference for men and women on this score.
The powerful role that physical attractiveness plays in attraction is not limited to heterosexual relationships. When gay men participated in a "blind date" study like the one just descrived, they responded just as the heterosexual individuals did ; the physical attractiveness of their dates was the strongest predictor for liking them.
when people are asked about the qualities they desire in a dating partner or mate, physical attractiveness is not at the top of the list. Yet when it comes to people's actual behavior --- what they do rather than what they say -- appearance seems to be a very powerful thing, especially when strangers are forming their first impressions of each other. Are people unaware of the importance they place on looks, or are they simply unwilling to admit that they so highly value such superficial characteristics?
The findings suggest that we are aware of the value we place on looks --- but as long as we think we can get away with it, we won't admit it. Although both sexes won't admit it, there is a tendency for men, more so than women, to place greater emphasis on looks particularly when choosing a long term mate.
Surprised? Opinions? Comments? |
Well I mean of course its an important role in a first impression, if a guy came up to me in the grossest clothes and yellow teeth and scraggly long hair and asked me out i wouldn't say yes. However if an attractive guy came up to me,and asked me out and had a reputation for being a player and only wanting one thing I would also say no.
However (again) if an attractive guy came up to me and had a good reputation for being nice and sweet and asked me out i would most definelty say yes.
So hopefully that got my point across...physical attraction does play a role but personality should play just as big or a bigger role when choosing a "mate" |
Do you agree with this statement: There is no age in the gay community? A gay female friend of mine were talking about this a few weeks ago when a friend of ours (a 16 year old guy) was going on a blind date with a guy who was 26. She quipped that "there is no age in the gay community."
I actually gave it thought and of all the dating age ranges I've ever heard of, the greatest ones were in same sex couples. I'm very open minded about age differences as well. My boyfriend is 27 and my last three were 26, 16, and 20. I'm now 21.
Anyone else agree with this statement? |
Interesting question and it certainly gives pause for thought.
Here's what I know from personal (but not first-hand) experience. Any relationship that is based solely on sex tends towards physical appearances rather than emotional maturity. I would wager to guess that this actually applies more to the 'promiscuous community', if you will, rather than just the gay community. I mean, really! Committing to someone for a long term relationship requires much more in the way of emotional connecting than does someone you just happen to be sleeping around with.
Gay, straight, bi, TS - I think it applies to any, or all, of those who choose to sleep around. |
What should I do... gay advice.? I had a blind date with this guy and to my surprise he was very good looking, We met at a hotel, and we talk a lot, then things got a little "warm" and we made out and hugged, but no sex because he told me that he was really interested in a long time relationship and wanted to take things slowly, and I respect that, so after that night we talked on the phone for a couple times and we would text each other, but suddenly he stopped texting me back. I waited for 2 days and decided to give him a call, but no answer, tried it again a no answer, so I told myself I was not going to call him any more. Now its been a week without hearing from him. What should I do? Should I call him again? Was he just pulling my leg? |
Honey,I don't think he was pulling your leg...its possible that he might be in some kind of a problem....a huge one!!For his talk,it seems that he was a nice guy..I think you should call him again!!
He might have a good reason for not calling or texting you!!
Or else,he might be testing you,as he may wanted to know whether you were pulling his leg,as he said he liked long-term relationships,so he might be seeing whether you trust him or not!!

Same sex marriage ? Is this power to the feminists? How do they feel about it? All I know is if this woman celebrating the good news is a representative of a lesbian, it is because it's not by choice. Only a blind man would date her .

| This is the second stupid question I've seen from you. Stop pretending and come out of the closet already, we don't bite...unless you want us to. :] |
Gay men be honest with me...........? Ok please also be gentle! No harsh words remember most of you are adults and I have feelings!
I am 23 years old virgin, never had a boyfriend (on purpose), and never plan on having on in fear I may end up with a gay guy in the closet who wasted my years on him and I would never date a bi guy no questions asked! Like I said I have feelings and that stuff would ruin me forever.
I have 3 dogs for company and female friends (one being a gay women).
You guys get the truth.............how many men have you met who were on the DL and in the closet?
DL as in men who are gay, but want the straight life style. How many have you come across married with guys and want to leave his wife for a guy?
Am on curious and I will never date, have sex, or touch a guy too many appear in the closet.
Like one guy asked me out was super skinny had a Richard simmions like voice and had his legs crossed!!!!!!! Am I that stupid to fall for him? NOOOOO
I trunned down a total of 100 guys total or a little more because the world seems gay male, or either in the closet and am not going through heart break like my aunt who got with one....and you could tell, but love blinded her.
Anyway am only curious how many so called straight guys on the DL have you came across? |
| If you plan never to have a boyfriend because he might possibly gay, that is obviously some kind of clinical phobia that has crippled you, homophobia. |

Please help me out...dont know what to do....same sex likes me and almost double my age!!!? Im 21....I have a older female friend that is 43 and likes me...she told me so...physical and mental. We have alot in common....I think she looks good and well and cool but I dont know how to handle the situation for many reasons....I have never dated the same sex or had a relationship with another female much less someone 21 years older then me....I mean im open to it but....family would not accept that.....family is against gays....they dont know im a pansexual who can learn to love anyone....gender blind....and plus I just dont know if its right....im in school...have a whole life ahead of me and scared to fall in love....been in love twice and it doesnt more damage towards my future goals then good.....Help I dont know what the hell to do....should I just end it now or give her a chance to go to dinner and hang out a little bit??thanks.... |
| The age difference is too big of a gap in my opinion. When you are 45 and really at a good point in your career, they'll be 66 and ready to retire. I would walk away from this one. |
