Will wearing too many Nicotine patches kill you? If so, how many would do it? My boss told me a story about some lady who is in prison for being pissed off at her passed out drunk hubby, so she loaded him down with Nicotine patches and he died.....I called BS, but I wanna know the truth! |
Nicotine is a poison and can kill you for that reason alone if administered in a pure form.
Regarding the patches, it is certainly possible that too many patches could result in death. The exact number, however, would depend on whether one was also smoking at the time (a big no-no), and I would imagine the size, weight, and nicotine tolerance of the individual applying them. |
My printer leaves black patches all over the paper? my printer is starting to piss me off it leaves black lines, smudges and patches all over the paper what can i do to fix it, i cleaned the heads twice already and nothing. i have alot of homework and this is a huge problem |
| Replace the ink cartridge. |
Is there anywhere I can get free nicotine patches? One of my friends is trying to quit smoking and his side effects have been awful he can't do anything without getting pissed off or depressed and sometimes he just breaks down. We both agree he needs a replacement! Fast! and cheap! I'm afraid he will do give in, I would have already. What is the cheapest and safest nicotine replacement. He's only 14 and not really in a position to talk to a doctor. Any advice??? Please! |
| Well, seeing as though you have to be 18 to even purchase nicotine patches in America...I doubt a doctor will prescribe any. However, he may prescribe some sort of anti-anxiety medication to make it easier for him to quit. I would suggest that he go see a doctor if he's having that much trouble quitting cold turkey. The doctor's not going to turn him into the police for age smoking. |
How do you fix a patch of dead grass from dog piss? My female dog pissed in the same spot for days, and now that patch is dead. How do i fix it? |
| Before you plant grass on this patch you will need to neutralize the soil to undo the damage done from the piss. This is best done with garden lime, a local garden center would probably carry it. The best brand to use would be espoma bc it's all organic and clearly you have pets. Then you can sucessfully grow grass there again. As for the grass, Scotts makes a product called patchmaster that looks like carpeting jute. It has the grass seed, fertillizer, and covering in it already.Just put it down and water it as needed. You don't even need to put any straw down!! |
Do you guys whove been to iraq get pissed off that Pogs get combat patches? Infantry goes out on patrols while you got bitches in the s2 who dont do ****. |
You mean those pouges who feed you?
Those pouges who maintain your vehicle?
Those pouges (such as truck drivers) who have more dangerous jobs than you do?
Get off your high horse - there are lots of people who work harder than you do. And most of them take the same risks you do.
BTW - you get a CIB so whats your problem? |
Patches won't update on battlefield 2142 PLEASE HELP ME!!! i've been at this for two days? ok so i went to play battlefield for the first time in six months the other day and it said the cd key was invalid so i looked around and couldn't figure it out so i unistalled the game and re installed it and installed ea link like it recomended... so i open the game and as i expected it said i needed patches.. but it appears ea link doesn't seem to do patches anymore or else i can't find out how anymore.. so i scoured multiple sites and download patches 1.10-1.50 numerous times with no luck after i put them into my battlefield folder figuring that would work.. finally i found some archives on the bf website that had all the patches so i downloaded them all and did the same thing with all of them but for some reason it only updated to 1.25 and now i can't get 1.40 or 1.50 to install because it keeps saying i have an updated version or somthing.. idk its really pissing me off someone help me |
Uninstall the game.
Install the game.

Dry skin patches on face? I've got some dry, itchy patches on my face. They're hardly noticable (only seen if you look really carefully, and even then they're whiteish and blend in). I've got one on my chin, next to my nose and on my cheek. It's really itchy and it's really pissing me off. It started yesterday, a few hours after I spent about 2 hours in the sun.
What could it be? I've already put E45 on it. And I can't go to the doctors this weekend b/c it's closed.
Thanks :) |
Home Remedies for Dry Skin
There are a number of simple home remedies that can be used to combat dry skin. Let us take a look at some of them.
• The best way to ensure that your skin doesn’t become dry is to keep it moisturized. Use a moisturizing cream and apply it liberally over the affected areas of your skin, especially after you bathe.
• A hot water bath may feel wonderful in the winters, but it also dries out your skin more than normal water. Keep these hot water baths to a minimum or apply some body oil before you bathe so that your skin doesn’t lose all its precious moisture.
• An occasional bath in milk is a royal treat and also does wonders for dry skin.

Diet for Dry Skin
Here are some dietary tips that will help to keep your skin moisturized in these cold winter months.
• Drink plenty of water and fluids. This is the best thing you can do to keep dry skin at bay.
• Avoid excessive consumption of alcohol. Although alcohol might make you feel all warm during these cold winter months, it doesn’t do good for the rest of your body, including your skin.
• Vitamins A,D, and E can do wonders for your skin. Consume them in the form of capsules or through your diet.
Other Suggestions for Dry Skin
These tips will ensure that your skin stays moist and supple in the coldest of days.
• Smoking is an absolute no-no when you’ve got dry skin. Smoking further dries out the skin and makes it parched and leathery.
• Avoid keeping the temperature setting in your room too high. Also use a humidifier to keep the air moist.
• Harsh chemicals such as those used in detergents and soaps can really play havoc with your skin. Use natural soaps to bathe and wear gloves when you’re washing dishes or clothes |

World of warcraft - if i just install Wow then burning crusade then lich king without downloading patches...? like does lich king already come with all the other patches? or do i have to download every single patch before installing the next expansion.. cause im reading different stuff everywhere.. some people say i will others say i wont and its really pissing me off.. nobody is telling me for sure and it seems like most people are guessing. i know ill have to download some patches after i install lich king.. just wondering if ill have to download all of the patches pre lich king.. yeaa.. thanks :) |
after you install lich king and attempt to log in to your account in game, it will start the patching process.
so in short, you will have to download the patches, but it will be after you install the expansions.
also i think you can download them before you install the game, but im not sure how or where. |
Is it true, that if i spill a Lil' WATER on the Floor, it'll make it DIRTY? ok my relatives r always pissing me off, we have that refridgerator where it dispenses water , whenever i get my water from there, a little spills on the kitchen floor (its made outa like ceramic floor)....and they always say, ..."WILL U STOP DOING THAT, THATS WHY this FLOOR IS ALWAYS DIRTY BECAUSE OF U...''
it doesn't make sense, How can Water make a ceramic floor dirty when that is a liquid that is used for cleaning....
SO who is right here? me or them?
they say its dirty, because there is like little faint patches of grey on the floor ...(but gone once cleaned).... |
| No, it's not dirty, unless you consider the water you drink is dirty. The gray stains left behind are the minerals & salts in the water. As the water drys (evaporates), the H's (hydrogen) and the O's (oxygen) are returned to the air. The minerals & salts are left behind, thus the stain. In reality, most floors are never really "clean" as anything in the air (ie: dust, bacteria, dander) will drift down on to them. Then there is the dirt etc... on our shoes, socks or even bare feet (dead skin cells), that we track in. And mops....yeow! Go check it out. You get the idea. |
